Turboprop & light jet acquisitions

Find the right aircraft, and buy it with someone on your side.

Enterprise Air helps business owners and upgrading pilots buy turboprops and light jets. We represent buyers only. We search the market, dig through the logbooks, negotiate the price and manage the pre-buy and closing, so you make one clear decision instead of a hundred small ones.

Springfield based, nationwide reach

Headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, and searching for aircraft anywhere in the country.

We never hold your money

Deposits and funds go to an independent aviation escrow company.

Your representative, only

Any compensation offered by a seller is disclosed to you in writing first.

What we do

Everything between "I want a plane" and the keys in your hand

You make the final call on every purchase decision. We do the legwork that gets you there with confidence.

Search

Find the aircraft

We market your criteria and search listings, dealer and broker networks, and off-market sources that never reach the public sites.

Research

Know its history

Specifications, equipment, damage history, AD status and logbook records, plus FAA registry and title checks on every serious candidate.

Evaluate

Compare honestly

A shortlist with pricing, history, a market-value comparison and our straight recommendation for each aircraft.

Negotiate

Get the right price

We negotiate price and terms for you and coordinate the letter of intent and purchase agreement with your aviation attorney.

Pre-buy

Inspect before you commit

We arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection and negotiate repairs or a price adjustment for anything it finds.

Close & deliver

Bring it home

Escrow, title, FAA registration paperwork and insurance coordination, then the ferry flight to the airport you choose.

How it works

Eight steps from signed agreement to delivery

Every acquisition follows the same path, so you always know where things stand and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Proof of funds

Within 10 days of signing, you share a proof-of-funds or lender pre-approval letter for your budget.

  2. 02

    Go to market

We take your budget and criteria to market and start contacting sellers.

  3. 03

    Options presented

You get a shortlist of qualified aircraft with pricing, history and our recommendation.

  4. 04

    Selection and offer

You pick an aircraft and approve an offer in writing. We negotiate the letter of intent.

  5. 05

    Pre-buy and contract

Inspection, logbook and title review, then repairs or price adjustments built into the purchase agreement.

  6. 06

    Final approval

You review the inspection results and sign a written acceptance of the aircraft.

  7. 07

    Closing

You fund escrow, title transfers to you, and the aircraft is officially yours.

  8. 08

    Delivery

Once your insurance is in place, we coordinate the ferry flight to your home airport.

Who we work with

For owners ready to step up to a turboprop or light jet

Most of our clients run businesses and fly to grow them. Whether this is your first aircraft or your next one, we fit the airplane to your mission.

Business owners

An aircraft that earns its keep

Reach more customers and job sites in a day. We focus on range, cabin and operating cost so the aircraft supports the business case.

Upgrading owners

Your next step up

Moving from a piston to a turboprop, or a turboprop to a jet? We compare the models that match your trips, budget and pilot experience.

First-time buyers

Guided from day one

Never bought an airplane before? We explain every step in plain terms and coordinate the inspection, escrow, insurance and delivery for you.

Shared ownership

Want to share the cost of a plane?

Co-ownership can put a better aircraft within reach. If you'd like partners, we'll make an effort to find people whose budget and flying plans fit yours.

Forming the ownership company and writing the co-ownership agreement is work for your attorney, and we'll coordinate with them.
